Step #1 - Please register and pay
Step #2 - Complete our "Premarital Questionnaire", homework from the book of Ephesians, and three (His-Hers-Couple's) Budget Sheets. You can acess all of these by using the link below, (or pick one up at the information booth).
Step #3 - When completed, please return all of this (marked attn. Billy Cimino) to the Information Booth or Church Office along with a photograph (individual photos of each of you or one photo of the two of you) by Sunday, Oct 9th.
